I know you didn’t realise, but there is ‘no’ being carroted above and below after ‘girl’. And I just realise there’s markings behind the exclaimation marks.

I found this in a toilet in Chinatown.

Just to share.

Obviously I’m curious because I have a lot of friends, even relatives who are from China. And also lecturers.

Obviously they are friendly and nice and really, really, good in Chinese Language and Studies.

They are also super smart people.

Most of our ancestors are from China too. And they were farmers.

But those who come to Singapore nowadays have ancestors who are emperors and philosophers and etc.

That’s why we have to study sooo much in Singapore to at least keep up with the others.

So I guess there must be a really tragedic story behind this vandalism.

Fei Cui Au Men Cha Can Ting

My sis thought it was Fei Cui Xiao Chu and ‘pushed’ my mum in. But it ended up to be a Cha Can Ting. And we all asked ‘Zen Me Ban’?

Why I never take my picture? I don’t know.

They have all kinds of cReATiVe titles for their dishes and drinks.

And, there’s this super freundlich (friendly) waitress that made many mistakes. Firstly, she was too talkative. Secondly, she ‘INTRODUCED’ us dishes. Thirdly, she keep passing by our table. Last but not least, she called me Xiao Mei many times. How did she do that? Well, 1)Xiao mei I introduce you to this drink called ‘First Love’ 2)Xiao mei drink your tea first 3)Xiao mei I change your plate for you want? 4)Oh Xiao mei don’t eat skin one ETC ETC that I lost count (ALL in Mandarin of course, they even welcomed a small family of Ang Mo’s in mandarin)

Eh I know I look 16. But must you be so friendly? Why not you just ask for my name huh

Maybe I’m just irritable so its her unlucky day that I just have the urge to beat her up (but of cause I didn’t la) and also call her AUNTIE how’s your day (but i didn’t also cause I’m nice) and I keep ‘dowan’ to look at her. But she still keep mentioning my name, ‘Xiao Mei’.

And I realise, waiters can be real ‘eng’ or ‘hardworking’. They simply keep your plates even if you still have delicacies on it. You know some people and many people like me just do not like to waste food. But, many experiences of it. Just this afternoon when I was at a Super-Mini-Food-Court that functions like a coffee shop (meaning the uncle go ask you what drink you want), a guy’s cup of coffee was ‘taken away’ when he just bought it and was just going to get his food. OMG! Haha. >_< -_-”’ And in that Cha Can Ting, they just can’t wait to get your dishes to the kitchen.

My mum says its because the dish-washer has not enough dishes to wash.

School

Caught 300 on Sunday. I enjoyed it very much. Another movie that can keep anybody awake throughout the show. Graphics, emotions, sex, settings, people, whatever you can name, all in one. The only factor lacking at that moment for me was a good mood.

I don’t feel like a student at all. I don’t study. And I seldom go to school.

My eat alot fortnight is here. I can’t seem to feel full at all. I eat almost everything I see. I confided in Vicky again about it and guess what he said this time:

Me: can u pls distract my attention so that i stop this eating spree

Vicky: but i like it when u eat ba
Vicky: so how i distract u wor

I need comfortable company 10hours a day to stay alive… …

Someone please fast forward this month, if not, make something interesting or dramatic happen also can.

Water

With compliments of JustPure Water Pte Ltd CEO from Dr Chin’s lesson last Thursday, here are some elementary facts:

• Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, and CBD area has the cleanest water
• Bedok has the least clean water
• Tampines and pasir ris has slight Newater content
• Newater is not Singapore’s invention
• There is no need to use systems like Diamond Water in Singapore
• There is a need to use filtration or distillation systems for water in Malaysia
• There is no need to use fabric softeners in Singapore
• Double boil of water in Singapore makes no difference to single boil
• It is still better to boil water before drinking in Singapore
• Our water is less than a dpi when it reaches our home
• If the water doesn’t seem clear due to change of water tank/crack in the pipe etc., wait till the rest of your block runs them away before running your tap for use again
• Clean water is expensive in Singapore
• There are places in England where the water is so clean to be consumed straight without needing any processing, these countries and others like Japan have cleaner water than us
• Any essential minerals that is present in the water is too little to be compared to even a leaf of vegetable
• There is no need to consume oxygenated water

Field trip

On the way there a few of our classmates ‘performed’ (sang, rap!) on the bus for us. And our superb and capable Dr Chin eloquently ‘tour guided’ us. I can’t describe her eloquency but she was a newscaster, program host, tour guided before(last time they didn’t need license) … We don’t know everything about her. But she was so humorous today.

They can give birth at the age of 1, if pregnant at 5 months old. After being milked for 8 months, they’d be sent for mating again.

Fish farm

The fishes ‘welcoming’ us. Or competing and showing off? They started ‘flying’ when we approached them

The water is green and opaque cause of large amounts of algae. So that the fishes don’t get skin diseases from SUN

3rd stop

Kin Yan Agrotech Pte Ltd – Organic Farming

Wheatgrass, Cactus, Aloe Vera, Mushroom, Herbs

They’ve to change these fungus after every 6 batches so that they do not end up growing bread mould. Haha

I overheard Dr Chin saying there’s a restaurant in Kallang where they have only mushrooms for steamboat. Anyone knows about it?

We tried abalone mushroom, wheat grass cereal, fresh wheat grass drink (sweet! but literally grassy!!) and wheat grass drink or is it cactus drink. Some bought wheat grass ice-cream
